1. ​Talk to Frank about the Ptech raid and hacking security terminals

2. Turn in 30 ped of Arkoin for 3x [Hacking Device]
3. Head in to the command post behind Frank and take televator to 3rd floor for first hack
4. When you exit the command post head right to PTech building and take televator to top floor for 2nd hack. 
5. Go back to 1st floor and head straight over to the other building that says PTech Industries and take televator to top floor for 3rd hack

6. Congratulations, you have now spawned Smuggler mobs.
