1. Get to Arkadia Moon and talk to Kalyn.

2. Handover 8000xArkoins-80ped and you will get a [Smuggler Access Card] and a new mission to find the Smuggler Base, Check your map for location and waypoint.
3. Inside at the bottom of the Smuggler base you find Smuggler Scientist Kora that will give you the option to earn a Smuggler Backpack and pieces of the Smuggler Hazmat Suit.

4. Start mission and start hunt to fill up the meters.
