Reward:  Arkadia Insignias are used to upgrade all Lunar plates, trading for Particles Blueprints from the Mysterious Merchant for access to Smugglers Genetic Laboratory instance on Arkadia Moon and paying for entrance to the Sicarius Nest.

   Category 1 give 1 insignia
   Category 2 gives 2 insignias
   Category 3 gives 3 insignias

2. ​Fill up the meter.

3. Congratulations, you now have earned some Arkadia insignias.
