You start Wrath Unleashed by talking to Captain Darius at 8 Coins HQ, there is no mission dialog it will just autostart.

Fill up the meter to earn a cloth piece for each stage of the mission.

When a stage is done you have to re-visit Captain Darius to start the next stage in the mission

The Smuggler clothes can only be obtained by Smugglers.

Congratulations, you now have a new shirts, pants, shoes and jackets.
This drops from the Enraged Creatures.
