Teleport to Celeste Harbour Military HQ teleporter and locate the door leading in to the 4 different instance areas doors.

When you see a NPC named Corporal Keats head in to that hallway and you find instance 1 and 2 on the left and instance 3 and 4 on the right.

Congratulations, you now have access to the IFN Warehouse instances.

If you enter the instance solo it will be public, if you enter the instance in a team it will be private.
Click the left terminal and right terminal within 2 seconds of each other to progress.
If you fail to press both in the time span of 2 seconds, it will spawn 2 mobs in the hall behind you.
