1. ​Start your Recruitment Process mission by talking to Captain Darius 

2. Recruitment stage - Hunt any mob on the Moon to fill the meter

3. Spec OPS Training - Complete missions across Arkadia Surface, Arkadia Moon, and Arkadia Underground and earn pieces of the IFN Spec Ops Armor Set at each stage of training.
4. After completing the training you get access to the Sicarius Nest where you will find the materials needed to upgrade the armor up to perfected.
