1. Fill the kill meter for the IFN Clearance.
   IFN Killpoint Challenge - Wombana, give access to Warehouse room 1
   IFN Killpoint Challenge - Navi, give access to Warehouse room 2
   FN Killpoint Challenge - Badger_710R, give access to Warehouse room 3
   IFN Killpoint Challenge - Togolossi, give access to Warehouse room 4
   (you do not need to do them in order, but you need to be a Smuggler to get access to the warehouse)
2. Head back to the Smuggler NPC on the 2nd floor and turn in your IFN Clearance progress.
